PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk. (Interra) is pleased to announce the appointment of key leaders who will help shape the company's strategic direction. With deep expertise spanning finance, corporate governance, and business advisory, these professionals bring a wealth of experience to strengthen Interra's foundation for sustainable growth.


Dr. Mas Achmad Daniri, MEc.

Dr. Daniri is one of Indonesia's most respected voices in corporate governance. He served as CEO of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (1999–2002) and chaired the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) until 2019. He is the founder and Senior Partner of PT Mitra Bhadra Consulting, Chairman of the GRC Indonesia Association, and has held commissioner roles at PT Chubb General Insurance Indonesia and PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia. A published author on GCG, anti-corruption, and CSR, Dr. Daniri holds a Doctorate in Economics from Universitas Diponegoro and a Master of Economics from NC State University, USA. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the GRC Summit 2019.


Venantius Agung Passinoraga, SE, MM, Ak.

Mr. Passinoraga brings over two decades of experience in state financial auditing and management consulting. He spent 15 years at the Supreme Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI), rising to Echelon II with the role of Senior Quality Controller. Since transitioning to the private sector in 2014, he has served in advisory and oversight capacities at PT Pelni (Persero), Bank Banten, PT Aspan Insurance, and PT Itama Ranoraya, among others. He also served as Deputy Director of Internal Audit for the 2018 Asian Para Games. He holds dual undergraduate degrees in Accounting and a Master's in Financial Management.


Noprian Fadli, ST, MM.

Mr. Fadli is the CEO and Founder of PT Triple Berkah Bersama (Triple B Advisory), a financial advisory firm specializing in corporate banking, distressed asset management, M&A, and corporate restructuring. His career includes serving as President Director of PT Jimbaran Inti Mandiri and Independent Commissioner of PT Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk., both within the Medco Group. He began his career at CIMB Niaga Bank, where he rose through corporate banking and investment banking roles, including a posting at CIMB Group in Kuala Lumpur. He holds an Engineering degree from ITB and a Master's in Financial Management from Universitas Padjadjaran.


With these appointments, Interra reinforces its commitment to strong governance, financial discipline, and strategic growth as the company enters its next chapter.
