Change in the Composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Mas Achmad Daniri is appointed Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective 25 October 2026.

The Board of Commissioners of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (IDX: MEJA) has issued Decree No. 005/HDK/PKNR/X/2026, dated 12 October 2026, on the change in the composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Under the decree:

• Ms. Inkarani D.B. Prayanto is honorably discharged as Chair, with thanks for her contribution and dedication during her term.

• Mr. Mas Achmad Daniri is appointed Chair, effective 25 October 2026.

• Ms. Nabila Cahaya Wulandari and Mr. Lutfi Trisetiawan serve as members.

The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on the composition, nomination, performance evaluation, development, and remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners. The change is made in accordance with POJK No. 34/POJK.04/2014.
